Description:

Over time we have discovered that Rooibos Tea is a healthy substitute for ordinary tea, since it is caffeine-free and very low in tannin. It is rich in the "metabolic minerals" such as Iron, Zinc, Sodium, Copper and Potassium as well as the "bones minerals" Calcium and Manganese. It also contains fluoride in just the right amounts for children's teeth.

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS

Use 1 bag per cup, add boiling water. Brew for 2-5 minutes. Serve with or without milk. Sweeten if desired with a teaspoon of honey. To pleasantly freshen the flavour, add a slice of fresh lemon.

Brew for 2 min for mild, 3 for medium and 5 for strong.
