Vital Health Foods is a family company that was founded by Jack and Julie Grieve in 1947.
Vital's food and supplement products were developed to provide consumers with the important nutrients that were being lost through modern farming methods, food processing techniques and changing lifestyles.

Vital Australia
Vital Health Foods Australia was established in 1981, initially selling Rooibos Tea.
In 1999, Vital Health Foods Australia became a 100% owned subsidiary of Vital Health Foods South Africa, supplying the Australian market with a range of health products.
These products include Vital Organic Rooibos Tea, Clear Mountain Organic Rooibos Tea, Vital Vitamins & Supplements, and Vital Botanicals Creams, and are distributed through grocery stores, health food stores and selected pharmacies.
All products are produced and packed under strict Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) controls, and Vital supplements are listed on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG).
